• Missed classes due to personal reasons are non-refundable and may not be rescheduled.

6. Course Materials & Intellectual Property

• All course content, including videos, presentations, code, notes, and assignments, is the intellectual property of IAMAIPLUS.
• Students may use materials only for personal learning purposes.
• Sharing, recording, copying, selling, or distributing content without written permission is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate termination without refund.

7. Platform Usage & Conduct

• Login credentials are strictly personal and must not be shared.
• Any misuse of the learning platform, abusive behavior, or violation of institute rules may lead to suspension or termination of access without refund.

8. Technical Requirements

Students are responsible for arranging:

• Stable internet connection
• Compatible devices and software

Technical issues on the student's end do not qualify for refunds.

9. Certification (If Applicable)

• Certificates will be issued only upon successful completion of course requirements.
• Certificates do not guarantee employment or job placement.

10. Placement Assistance Disclaimer (If Applicable)

• Placement support, if offered, is assistance-based only.
• IAMAIPLUS does not guarantee interviews, job offers, or salary outcomes.

11. Limitation of Liability

IAMAIPLUS shall not be liable for:
