Cancellation & Refund Policy
IAMAIPLUS - The Future Coding School

At IAMAIPLUS, we strive to provide high-quality education related to coding and software development. Please read our cancellation and refund policy carefully before enrolling.
1. Enrollment & Fees
- The registration/admission fee is non-refundable under any circumstances.
- Course fees must be paid as per the selected payment plan before the course commencement.
2. Cancellation by Student (Courses)

| After attending 5 or more sessions or accessing course materials | No refund will be applicable |
3. Cancellation by Institute (Courses)
If IAMAIPLUS cancels a batch due to unavoidable circumstances, students will receive:
- A full refund (excluding registration fee), OR
- The option to transfer to another batch of the same course.
4. No-Show / Dropout
- If a student fails to attend classes or discontinues without formal written notice, no refund will be issued.
- Technical issues on the student's end (internet, device issues) are not grounds for a refund.
5. Self Study Course Fee Policy
- Self-study courses are non-refundable.
- Technical issues on the student's end (internet, device issues) are not grounds for a refund.
6. Coding Competition Fee Policy
- All registration fees for coding competitions are non-refundable once the registration process is completed. This applies regardless of participation, disqualification, inability to attend, or failure to submit solutions.
- Registrations cannot be canceled, transferred, or rescheduled to another competition or participant after successful registration.
- IAMAIPLUS reserve the right to modify, reschedule, or cancel a competition due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, we may, at our sole discretion, offer alternative arrangements or credits. Refunds are not guaranteed.
- IAMAIPLUS is not responsible for issues arising from participants' hardware, software, internet connectivity, or other technical limitations on the participant's side.
7. Jobs & Internships Fee Policy
7.1 Important Warnings
- No Authorised Third-Party Payments: IAMAIPLUS has not authorised any third party, individual, agency, or platform to collect money on our behalf for job or internship opportunities.
- Third-Party Fraud Disclaimer: IAMAIPLUS is not responsible or liable for any payments, losses, or damages incurred if a candidate makes payments to unauthorised third parties claiming to represent us.
- Fraud Awareness: Candidates are advised to remain vigilant against fraudulent communications requesting payment in exchange for job or internship offers. Any such request should be treated as fraudulent.
- Official Communication: All official communication regarding jobs and internships will be conducted only through our official email domains, website, or verified channels.
8. Refund Process
- Refund requests must be submitted in writing to accounts@iamaiplus.com.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 working days via the original payment method.
9. Special Circumstances
In case of natural disasters, pandemics, or government restrictions, classes may be rescheduled. Refunds will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
10. Policy Acceptance
By enrolling in any course at IAMAIPLUS, students acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to this Cancellation & Refund Policy.
